2015 electric forest observatory/moorish
Design/build of the 2015 Electric Forest Observatory. The Moorish pavilions are a new addition to the Electric Forest Observatory experience. The intricate Islamic geometry delivers a rich and diverse array of complex patterns that range from floral motifs to more structured geometric compositions. In Islamic art the use of this geometry is thought to reflect the language of the universe and help the believer to reflect on life and the greatness of creation.
